These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Norel Digital lead dashboard (“Dashboard”), located at dashboard.itsnoreldigital.com. By accessing or using the Dashboard, you agree to these Terms.
1. Authorized use
The Dashboard is intended solely for authorized employees and representatives of Norel Digital. Access is granted through email/password accounts created by Norel Digital. You may not share your credentials, attempt to access accounts you are not authorized to use, or use the Dashboard for any purpose other than managing Norel Digital’s inbound leads.
2. Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately.
3. Data and ownership
All lead, call, and campaign data processed through the Dashboard is the property of Norel Digital. You may not export, copy, or disclose that data except as required for your authorized duties.
4. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or probe the Dashboard
- Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Use automated tools without our written permission
- Access or attempt to access another user’s account
- Use the Dashboard for unlawful purposes
5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Dashboard is provided “as is” and “as available.” Norel Digital does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Norel Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Dashboard.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Dashboard after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
