Norel Digital (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the lead dashboard at dashboard.itsnoreldigital.com (the “Dashboard”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the Dashboard or when inbound phone leads are processed through our systems.
1. Information we collect
When calls are routed to us through CallRail, the Dashboard may store:
- Caller phone number
- Caller name and city/state location, when available
- Call metadata such as CallRail call ID, timestamp, and duration
- Google Click Identifier (GCLID), when present
- Source or channel attributed to the call
- Internal status, address, revenue value, and loss reason added by our team
For authorized dashboard users, we also collect the email address used to sign in and basic authentication logs.
2. How we use information
We use the information solely to:
- Track, qualify, and manage inbound phone leads
- Attribute leads to advertising campaigns and measure performance
- Update lead statuses, record revenue, and document why a lead did not convert
- Secure the Dashboard and authenticate authorized users
We do not sell lead data, use it for unrelated advertising, or share it with third parties except as described below.
3. Service providers
We rely on a small number of service providers to operate the Dashboard:
- CallRail — provides call tracking data and caller information.
- Lovable Cloud / Supabase — hosts the database, authentication, and application backend.
- Google Ads — receives conversion events and GCLID data for campaign measurement.
Each provider is contractually bound to process data only for the purposes of providing their service.
4. Data security and retention
We use industry-standard access controls, encrypted connections, and authenticated accounts. Lead records are retained for as long as they remain useful for business analysis and accounting, after which they may be deleted.
5. Your rights and choices
If you are a caller or user with questions about your data, you may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and may ask for information to verify your identity.
